| Acai
Berry Juice
The acai berry has been reported to have benefits such as reduced risk
or prevention of cancer, diabetes, chronic inflammation, heart and vascular
disease, Alzheimer's disease and other types of neurodegeneration, high
blood cholesterol, stroke, bacterial infections, urinary tract infections,
age-related visual deterioration and premature aging. Acai is constantly
used topically as a strong antibacterial mix in Brazil. It has been shown
to slow the aging process and contains and reportedly contains 30 times
the anthocyanines that red wine does (anthocyanines curb mental fatigue
and help fight illness and kill cancer cells). The acai berry is found

Apple
Juice
The proverb "An apple a day keeps the doctor away," addressing
the health effects of the fruit, dates from 19th century Wales. Research
suggests that apples may reduce the risk of colon cancer, prostate cancer
and lung cancer. Compared to many other fruits and vegetables, apples
contain relatively low amounts of Vitamin C, but are a rich source of
other antioxidant compounds. The fiber content, while less than in most
other fruits, helps regulate bowel movements and may thus reduce the risk
of colon cancer. They may also help with heart disease, weight loss, and
controlling cholesterol, as they do not have any cholesterol, have fiber,
which reduces cholesterol by preventing reabsorption, and are bulky for
their caloric content like most fruits and vegetables. |

Seabuckthorn
Juice
Nutrient and phytochemical constituents of sea-buckthorn berries have
potential value as antioxidants that may affect inflammatory disorders,
cancer or other diseases, although no specific health benefits have yet
been proved by clinical research in humans.
The fruit of the plant has a high vitamin
C content—in a range of 114 to 1550 mg per 100 grams, with an average
content (695 mg per 100 grams) about 12 times greater than oranges—
placing sea-buckthorn fruit among the most enriched plant sources of vitamin
C. The fruit also contains dense contents of carotenoids, vitamin E, amino
acids, dietary minerals, sitosterol and polyphenolic acids

Grape
Juice
Grapes grow in clusters of 6 to 300, and can be crimson, black, dark blue,
yellow, green and pink. Research studies indicate that grapes provide
excellent health benefits which inlcude:
- Alteration of molecular mechanisms in
blood vessels, reducing susceptibility to vascular damage,
- Decreased activity of angiotensin, a systemic
hormone causing blood vessel constriction that would elevate blood pressure
- Increased production of the vasodilator
hormone, nitric oxide (endothelium-derived relaxing factor)

Fucoidan
Hundreds of published studies attest to fucoidan’s remarkable ability
to promote cardiovascular health, fight inflammation and inhibit viral
attachment. Now, new research demonstrates that fucoidan actually mobilizes
and potentiates stem cells, and enhances their ability to renew and repair
aging and damaged tissues.
Fucoidan is found in every 8.4 oz can of

Ginkgo
Biloba Extract
Extracts of Ginkgo leaves contain flavonoid glycosides and terpenoids
and have been used pharmaceutically. Ginkgo has many alleged nootropic
properties, and is mainly used as memory and concentration enhancer, and
anti-vertigo agent.
Ginkgo extract may have three effects on
the human body: improvement in blood flow (including microcirculation
in small capillaries) to most tissues and organs; protection against oxidative
cell damage from free radicals; and blockage of many of the effects of
platelet-activating factor (platelet aggregation, blood clotting) that
have been related to the development of a number of cardiovascular, renal,
respiratory and central nervous system disorders. |

Panax
Ginseng
Ginseng is one of the world's best known herbal remedies, and has been
used in Asia for more than 5,000 years as tonic and rejuvenator. Panax
ginseng is one variety of ginseng that is most prized by the Chinese,
the name "panax" comes from the Greek word "panacea",
meaning "cure all". The medicinal properties of panax ginseng
are found in both the leaf and its light tan root. Ginseng is being studied
for a number of purposes, from treating stress to increasing levels of
alertness and mental clarity.
- Panax ginseng herb is considered "adaptogen"
because of its unique ability to normalize whatever is out of balance
in the body.
- Panax ginseng works to stimulate and improve
the working of the brain with it's oxygenation properties. It is therefore
beneficial in promoting physical and mental alertness.
- Panax ginseng not only inhibits the production
of cancer cells but actually converts the abnormal cells into normal
ones.
- Panax ginseng decreases harmful LDL cholesterol
and increases beneficial cholesterol HDL levels
- Panax ginseng stimulates weight and tissue
growth and thereby enhances the body's resistance to disease.

Choline
Bitartrate
Growing evidence now suggests that dietary choline is very important for
the prevention of many pathologic conditions, and has been used as a dietary
supplement for the purpose of treating or preventing several human diseases
including arteriosclerosis and certain deficiencies of brain function
and memory.
Choline Bitartrate is found in every 8.4 oz can of Revolution.

Elderberry
Concentrate
Elderberry is used for its antioxidant activity, to lower cholesterol,
to improve vision, to boost the immune system, to improve heart health
and for coughs, colds, flu, bacterial and viral infections and tonsilitis.
Bioflavonoids and other proteins in the juice destroy the ability of cold
and flu viruses to infect a cell.
Elderberry anthocyanins enhance immune
function by boosting the production of cytokines, proteins acting as messengers
in the immune system to help regulate immune response

Purple
Carrot Juice
Purple carrots contain anthrocyanins, pigments that are extremely effective
antioxidants, and it is these anti-oxidants that latch on to the very harmful
free radicals that do so much damage in our bodies if unchecked. Anthrocyanins
also slow dangerous blood clotting within the body, thus safe guarding the
heart further.
In addition, purple carrot's may actually
help prevent heart disease and cancer, and also be a natural way to reduce
blood cholesterol.

Purple
Sweet Potato Juice
Pruple sweet potato's are a low-calories and fat free vegetable with an
abundance of healthy minerals such as beta-carotene, Vitamin A, C and
E, magnesium, potassium and rich in antioxidants. These nutrients and
minerals help to protect against heart attack and stroke, reducing blood
pressure and maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance in the body cells.
Taking into consideration of fibre content,
complex carbohydrates, protein, vitamins A and C, iron, and calcium plus
the other aforementioned minerals, the sweet potato is ranked highest
in nutritional value amongst other vegetables.

Black
Carrot Juice
Black Carrots contain anthocyanins, part of the flavonoid family with
antioxidant properties. Flavonoids are currently under investigation as
anticancer compounds, as free radical scavengers in living systems, as
well as inhibitors of LDL (the bad) cholesterol and the black carrot anthocyanins
are especially active.
It has anti-bacterial and anti-fungicidal
properties and oil made from its seed can help control scalp itchiness
and provides essential nutrients for hair growth. The ancient black carrot
has been making a comeback, not so much for culinary purposes but as a
source of natural food colorants. These originate from Turkey, and the
Middle and Far East.

Red
Cabbage Juice
Red cabbage has more phytonutrients than green cabbage. The vitamin C
content of red cabbage is 6-8 times higher than that of the green cabbage.
In addition red cabbage provides:
- Phytonutrients that works to protect the
body from free radicals that can damage the cell membranes. Phytonutrients
also signal our genes to increase its production of enzymes involved
in detoxification.
- Cabbage may lower the incidence of cancer,
especially in the lung, stomach and colon prostate.
- Cabbage is a muscle builder, blood cleanser
and eye strengthener.
- Red cabbage contain anthocyanin (red pigment/color)
is an antioxidant that can help protect brain cells, thus can help prevent
Alzheimer's disease.

Grapeseed
Extract
Grapeseed is known as polyphenols “nature’s biological response
modifiers” because of their ability to help the body fight viruses,
allergens, and carcinogens. That means that among their many talents,
they exhibit anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-cancerous and anti-microbial
activity.
Procyanidins can improve your vision, the
flexibility of your joints, the health of your arteries and body tissues
(such as the heart) and also strengthen capilliaries and veins to improve
your circulatory system. In addition grapeseed is being researched for
its anti-aging effects resulting in younger looking skin.

Pomegranate
Pomegranate has quickly become one of the most talked about health foods
in the past year. Preliminary evidence suggests that drinking concentrated
pomegranate juice may reduce cholesterol. Israeli researchers, published
a small clinical study in June 2004 in Clinical Nutrition, suggested that
drinking a glass of pomegranate juice a day for one year reduced blood
pressure (particularly systolic pressure) and slowed down LDL cholesterol
(the bad cholesterol). Pomegranate fruits contain polyphenols, tannins
and anthocyanins - all are beneficial. Interestingly, pomegranate juice
contains high levels of antioxidants - higher than most other fruit juices,
red wine or green tea. Pomegranate is found in every 8.4 oz can of Revolution.
